Also freeride does exist, but only for the PC and only if you hack it up to work, i guess.

Remove the space between "LimitD" and "eadZone". And BTW... nothing is supposed to happen, you still need to use the bus/truck trick to get past the boundary. The only thing that is changed is that you can go as far as you want beyond the boundary, without getting the 'mission failed'.

Free ride is there but only between missions. When you answer the phone and are told to go someplace for a mission you can free ride to your hearts content. There is probably missions with timers where you cant free roam though.

I just put my one Mafia 2 Videos on Private.
I have the Demo Mod Video, Playthrough, and a trailer (the playthrough video has the Timer Hack on but I didnt mention it at all) for Mafia 2.
But I also have a bunch of other game videos and MW2 Mod Videos...
Pretty sure Game Videos are fine, not sure about Mod Videos though. I didn't think they were allowed to take videos down for SP Modding :\

Now I'm not sure. I'm certain that the timer in the video appeared to be frozen, but that's it as far as mods go on that video.
To be honest, the timer mod is the only thing that kept me from submitting a counter right away.

The video take down was for Audio/Visual Copyrighted Content. Not for illegal modifications.
I'm 99.9% sure they can disallow Modification Discussion on their forums, they can release multiple patches attempting to block modding, but they can't take any legal action on the matter AFAIK.

Well I just removed all videos relating to Mafia 2 from my Youtube Channel and HDD.
If 2k gets their asses handed to them and it's all cool I'd be more than happy to redo them though. :p
They taken down the video because they wanted to. It's their game and if they want to they can ask youtube to delete videos of it with no reason at all. They are just mad at community because we modded their precious demo.

2K Games is a subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive
The thing is, 2K have no legal stance when it comes to what we can do with the demo. I mean, there isn't a EULA page, there isn't anything prompting you to agree when installing the demo. Not to mention, the EULA wouldn't say anything about modding anyway.
I'm 99.9% sure it's fair use, but apparently 2K could sue me if I turn out to be wrong, so I'm just getting some answers from you guys before I proceed.
It's a risk, but it's not so much the video that I want to save; but my rights. They think they can jerk me around like that, and I hate it when huge companies with millions of dollars bring themselves to a level so low that they start patching games to remove things their customers did and that they start removing 30 second clips from YouTube to make themselves feel better.
What next? Contacting Garry issuing a cease and desist because of our discussions? They don't own the fucking internet, and that's exactly what I'm trying to prove here.
