Also, there is a EULA Page. From what I remember, after you install the game and start it for the first time it opens the EULA page in Google Chrome.
Not sure if that's Steam's Eula or Mafia 2's EULA, but it's a EULA one way or the other.

It hasn't been proven, and hopefully won't be until there has been enough time to finish the game, how the exact story plays out.
