Poisoned badly and didnt noticed untill it was too late...
Getting in a helicopter in bc2. They landed it right in front of me, i repaired it and flew off. I got about 30 feet off the ground when the chopper exploded for no reason. Turns out a fag had planted c4 on it and detonated it while i was trying to fly. Made me rage so hard.
Being an innocent and killing random death matchers but finding they're innocent and I loose karma, it's annoying.

A long time ago (04/05ish) I was playing a forgotten honour tournament (BF:1942) and bailed out of a damaged Tiger in enemy territory. I pretty much died instantly anyway and gave our most powerful tank to the other team.
Got such a bollocking for that. On the plus side I've never done it since though.

I don't know if it's stupid, more strange actually: Playing ArmA2 online, I'm running in the woods when I suddenly find myself in front of an enemy player. We both stand still looking at eachother for about 5 seconds, then we both turn around and run in the opposite direction. Yeah I don't know either.
As for the most stupid, probably choosing the wrong base to drop a WMD on in quite a few RTSs (usually when my ally is the same faction/race as the enemy and I'm in a hurry).
Clown outbreak and then I tried plugged it with spoiler metal walls. I was also overzealous to try and cultivate the much lauded GSS but the Exotic keeper died in the outbreak and the GSs went feral, And then an imp pulled the designated lever of auto-fun.

Instead of disarming the bomb I misclicked and it blew up and I was sad.

Project Reality, piloting an Mi-8. My joystick went fucked as I was landing and I ended up splatting half the people on the ship.

You realize that you cannot set off the bomb right then and there? You must go to tenpenny tower to activate the bomb.

I didn't either on my first playthrough, I just thought he mumbled something and wouldn't let me pass, I just bumped into him, avoided the stun stick and ran past him.
Playing the TAAAANK! mutator on L4D2. I was running with my team and got caught on a fence and couldn't move. My friends yelled at me. :smith:

Installing Battlefield 1942 World War 2 Steel-case edition
There where 4 discs in it and they where dirty, so i needed to clean and install BF over and over again because it did not readed the disc sometimes, until i finally got to Disc 4... Then i realized that i lost disc 4.

back when Star Wars Galaxies wasn't complete shit (just a bit after the first big update, the CU) I was a fairly prolific Bounty Hunter on my server. Known for being a dirty fighter, an opportunist and an asshole I decided that I didn't want those tags on me anymore; I was going to fight legit 1 on 1 with whoever my target is.
turns out my target was one of the better Jedi's on the server and the fight lasted roughly 48 minutes. It ended when I got frustrated after almost killing him so I kicked the side of my desk. Suddenly something fell on my keyboard due to the kick and it hit the windows key which minimized me.

I didn't know exactly what I was doing at that time, I accidently armed the bomb and saw a new questline and I thought it would be the final talk to disarm the bomb (I was unaware that I actually armed the bomb)
Then I talked to Mr. Burke and saw an explosion and kinda understood what happened.
I'm was tired so what I typed before doesn't make much sense to me now either.
Spend 10 minute and 30 lock picks on Oblivion, I try Auto Pick or Try and manage to open it at 1st try :argh:
Playing majoras mask after reading the creepypasta "Majora" I accidentally kicked the cartridge without knowing it and it let out that loud, high-pitched glitch noise.... Nearly shitted my pants and actually screamed like a little girl
In Fallout 3, accidentally kill somebody in Megaton, then instead of pushing the fast-load button the fast-safe button.
I safed like two hours ago, and the auto-safe file was overwritten, because after I killed the guy, I ran out of Megaton.
I was pissed -.-
falling for a scam website for diablo 2, i have no fucking idea how it worked but whenever i went to some website that a guy told me to go to (it was on the internet, i had no idea it could do something to my game) and clicked a dupe item link, it made me drop everything in my inventory and everything i had on, and crashed my game. rage

That's happened to me in CSS, except we didn't run from eachother, we took out our knives and just looked at eachother till I was killed by someone.
