It's different. It's like Team Fortress 2 and Team Fortress: Classic got smashed together, and CS:S/HL2 graphics decided to show up as well. Gameplay is a combination of features from TF2 and TF:C
Also the only thing they talk about in FF is how bad TF2 is.

I personally like both and play both from time to time. They're both fun and entertaining in their own ways.
You spent more money on Ep1+Ep2 that you would've if you bought the entire Orange Box, you know that?
