Dear god, i hate arma2's flying so much, arma2 doesn't actually have a proper plane flyinheight command, it's the helicopter one, sure it works, but most of the time for some REALLY retarded reason the planes just start circling when i issue that command, why I DO NOT KNOW.

Its worse if you've flown a real plane before. Not being able to set the trim. Gah, makes me want to beat something up.
I don't know what you guys are talking about, you can fly planes backwards in Arma 2. Arma 2's flight model is awesome.

You could do the same in MSFX in smaller planes.

Do this, make a plan spawn at 1000 meters, then set it to fly in that height, it will IMMEDIATELY START CIRCELING FOR NO APPARENT DICK CHEESE REASON.
Skydive after the enemy's plans.

Probably trying to stay on that altitude what you set it to. When I commanded AI to drop cargo to a mountain, the AI flew in circles for 10 minutes until gaining enough altitude and correct heading for dropping the cargo.

Well of course , it's supposed to fucking stay on that altitude, i don't set it 1000 meters up and with a flyinheight command at 1000 meters to only have it circle or drop down and DIE

Did you give it a move marker? Fixed-wing aircraft will circle in the same spot unless given a move command.

Plane crashed into helicopter when I was miles away, could see it just flying towards the place, firing rockets and stuff, then bam.

Arma2 mostly ran like ass due to the jacked up ammount of trees, i can't really tell if it's running bad or not though.

Well I'm downloading the OA demo as of now. but how do you guys think a 9600gt and a AMD Athlon 3800+ (2.4ghz Single core :saddowns:) would handle it? since it ran ArmA 2 mostly decently.

I updated my radeon 4850 drivers from 10.4 to 10.6 and it messed up my bushes and trees in arma 1. It also happened to my buddy with the same card. Anyone know of a solution other than reverting back?
I want to play Zargabad Life so bad, but my CD key is apparently disabled. I've pm'd a mod (Placebo) on the Bohemia Interactive fourms, like I was instructed to, but nothing's happened yet.

does it run any better than arma 2? because i get ~15 fps on all normal settings with arma 2.

And the server got hacked again. The guy spawned about 20 NPCs who ran into various buildings and detonated suicide bombs. I was fortunate enough to see a cop who just spent over a hundred thousand dollars upgrading his car, just to have it explode and flip over from one of the bombs when he was driving down the street.

anyone want to chip in towards a EU hosted zargabad life server? jest servers do a decently priced french or german host 64 slot dedicated, if 2 or 4 of us split the cost and be admins cost should be minimal and we would have a half decent server as long as people played on it which i guess they will as all the ZL servers im see are us based

This. The SU-25 doesn't fly level at all. Leave it alone for a few seconds and it pitches upward until it stalls.
whats the deal with civi weapons in zargabad life? i bought a gun and it wasnt added to my inventory (i had the required licence do you have to collect it from another location?
