Well not *no* glitches obviously. But there's significantly less weird stuff. I haven't had a mission bug out on me yet. Which would happen all the freaking time in Arma II.

And it doesn't even seem to be bug related since using Combined Operations the normal Arma II missions are as shitty as ever. So I guess it's just that they actually took time to make missions that aren't fucking broken.
Sucks how the Scud doesn't do anything. The rocket itself isn't even a solid entity. I positioned a Chinook flying over the Scud and launched it but it flew straight through the Chinook.

Yes. You should probably try both ARMA 2 and ARMA 2:OA Demos and do several "tests" regarding preformance, otherwise, if you're convinced about the gameplay, then you will love the full game. Plus, good mods like ACE.

I did a HAHO jump from 18,000 metres. Took about an hour to get to the ground. I do not recommend doing this.

Your settings are too high. Arma is a memory whore and too high settings could easily cause a- stack overflow it is called yes?
The vRam option is particularly key, as this should be adjusted to your vRam.

theres a fairly large aussie community, the UGN and AEF servers are fairly full most nights

I have a AMD Athlon quadcore 2.81 processor here and I'd love to overclock myself though I have no experience or knowledge about it.
I ordered the game about 14 days ago now and haven't received it.
I have to wait 21 days until I can complain.
