Anyone know how to spawn just one weapon so I dont have to spawn a whole crate? Doing a mission were I just find a lee enfield rifle, I dont want the whole crate full of AK's.
If I want to use a mod in Combined Operations, do I put the mod folder in the Arma 2 folder or the OA folder? Also is the british DLC any good?
Arma 2 No

I like the british DLC...
I like the british DLC...
is it good im thinking of buying it on steam or nepoelon total war
AddWeapon i think, or addweaponcargo
Removeallweapons if you want to get rid of the default loadout
is it good im thinking of buying it on steam or nepoelon total war
The DLC adds a small map that is pretty good for fighting in, Singleplayer is OK but I mainly just use editor. New cars/heli's are awesome. Buy it if you love ARMA, but if you are thinking of saving £8 then wait.
Does anyone know of any zombie mods that work for OA without needing ArmA 2? I don't own ArmA 2, so I cant use any models from it. For some reason my friend wants me to make a mission with bunches of zombies in it and then play with him.
Well, I think the Undead mod should work fine for OA without needing Arma 2, considering I used it even before figuring out how to launch the game as "combined operations".
I only have £35 on my debit card. Should I buy ARMA2 and Arrowhead or Arrowhead and the British DLC.
I only have £35 on my debit card. Should I buy ARMA2 and Arrowhead or Arrowhead and the British DLC.
Arma 2 and Arrowhead.
Arma 2 and Arrowhead.
This. You get much more content from ARMA 2 than the DLC.
Ok but should I still get the DLC when I can be bothered to put more money on my card?

Are there any clans playing this?

This is the best translation from Idiot to English I can make. You bought the British Armed Forces DLC from Sprocket. Downloaded it 100% and clicked an Okay button. After that, you opened ArmA 2 Operation Arrowhead and the DLC didn't appear in the your expansions list. Are you sure you installed it after you downloaded it?
im trying to do that now read the above
The Xbox button says you're British. You speak English like my ass cheeks.
im trying to do that now read the above
We're trying to, it's just that it's... well it's kinda hard.
Ok so when I click on the folder inside my documents called sprocket then I click on the file BAFsetup when it finishes extracting and goes to the window for activation it comes up with an error window saying We are sorry for the inconvenience I keep retrying and it keeps doing the same thing anyhelp?
How did I live without TrackIR? On foot it doesn't help as much as you would think, but holy shit it's almost a necessity when flying jets/helicopters
whatnow V2 told me to post this.
To quote UK_force from BI studio , pr forums.
Apologies for keeping the community waiting a long time for this second installment. Things have been pretty hectic with the team, as you will see. As a thank you for your patience, we will be releasing a bumper number of Highlight Reels over the next 7-10 days, to show you all that the team is still beavering away at PR:ArmA2. Since our last update, the team have been concentrating and testing on our main focus - its dynamic gameplay for PvP. During this time we have lost a few members of our team due to personal reasons, and we all wish them luck in the future. The PR door is always open to them, as they know. We have had to shuffle around some of our work load, and some of our intial concepts are currently on hold for future releases. - Important Engine news With the recent release of Operation Arrowhead and its good reviews, we have now had the chance as a team to evaluate it. We have come to the conclusion during the evaluation that this is the preferred engine and environment to be used. As such, we wish to officially announce that PR:ArmA2 will require Combined Operations in the future. Combined Operations means: Both ArmA2 & OA as 'separate' installs or Combined Operations bought as one package. - Current Ongoing Work As we initially mentioned, our main focus is on gameplay with a minimal British Faction. The reason for this being we need to take everything one step at a time, to ensure our gameplay is sound. This element alone is what PR is best known for. Testing so far has proven a lot of concepts, and we now have testers reporting back that it now "feels like PR", which is exactly what we are aiming for. Although not 100% complete, and some still only concepts here are our possible current game modes: - AAS - Attack & Defend - (one directional AAS/front-line flow) - Command & Control - Skirmish - Insurgency We'll be showcasing more in the future about gameplay with a dedicated Highlights Reel concentrating on this one subject at a later date, this will answer all your gameplay questions we hope. A selection of screenshots are shown below of our most recent work with the OA engine.
check out the reels here: http://www.realitymod.com/ I made makol post this , as I (whatnow) am banned (duh) and probably won't return. I am an R-CON for PR:ArmA 2, lead texture artist. F.A.Q. Q. Will you use BAF stuff in PR mod? A. No. We are using all of our own models and resources. Everything is made in house. Q. WHEN!?? A. We expect sometime later this year. Q. What will PR require? A. If you didn't read the post above, it will require CO. It will run on ArmA 2: Operation Arrowhead. We are pushing OA compatibility and utilizing its features, such as backpacks, lasers , and lots of other cool stuff. Feel free to ask questions - I will try my best to answer them.
Looks like PR is gonna bring me back to multiplayer. Someone recommend me a better video recorder. Fraps likes to cut out at the good parts.

What if you have got the Operation Arrowhead on steam but have the ARMA 2 in retail copy , can they work together ? or do i have to get ARMA 2 on steam to?
What if you have got the Operation Arrowhead on steam but have the ARMA 2 in retail copy , can they work together ? or do i have to get ARMA 2 on steam to?
You can use the CD-Key for the retail ArmA 2 to register it on steam, allowing you to have ArmA 2 downloadable through steam.
Ohh! thanks, that i will try. [editline]09:06AM[/editline] Okay that did't work, the retail ARMA 2 cd is not compatible with steam.
