According to the rules, you can't win more than one prize from any given prize level, and TECHNICALLY only one prize can be won per household (so if you win two prizes that need to be shipped, and tell them to ship to the same house, both prizes will be for-fitted when the contest is over IIRC, or only the first one will ship).
I.E. if you won a prize from prize level 2, you can't win any other prize from that category again.
Also apparently this started at the beginning of august, so there's a high chance that all the "tier 3" prizes have already been won. The chances of winning anything from that tier are very slim to none, since there are only 50 of them given out for the "normal" stuff and only 1-2 given out for the really desirable things like the TV's, year long subs, PS3's, etc.
They can't keep a prize in the contest if it's already been won, it would have been taken out of the possibility for winning. How can you keep a contest running for nearly 2 months and not fufill the obligation to deliver the prize? That would be fraud. The prizes are given out in carefully calculated incriments to ensure the contest continues until the set end date. Most contests work like this.
They have regulations upon which they need to abide by too. You can win more than one prize per household, but only one from each tier. It doesn't say anywhere that you can't win multiple prizes per household, only per tier per household.
With the address I have for the Fortune Hunter Edition, I've also won LBP2, a tier 2 prize. Both prizes should ship. There's no rule against being able to win more than one prize, otherwise they wouldn't advise (or let) you play multiple times on the same email with a chance of winning more prizes.
They don't let people win a prize if they don't have it anymore obviously. But that doesn't mean they still can't show a "TV" icon and suggest its is something that can be won, when it obviously can't anymore (assuming someone DID actually win the TV already).
You can actually request a list of all winners so far if you mail them. But I don't know if I care enough to wait the 1-2 weeks to get a response in snail-mail that lists all things that have been won so far.
Just won ModNation racers, is it a downloadable game? Because I don't know if I want to claim it if it's a physical copy, but I guess I might be able to just send to a friend's house or something.

It's a physical game, not a DL.
Read the thread you don't actually win via matching you just win at random and if you win it'll generate a "match" in the game
