Try doing the bottom row, I doubt it has any effect but on the PSP pack and GT:5 I did that. Only have 3 different emails.
From what I saw, I had put the peppers in the same spots that revealed the InVizamals PSP Entertainment pack when I got the game PAIN. Maybe I'm recalling it incorrectly or that the spots were similar in spacing, but I'm trying to figure out patterns.
I'll give the entire bottom row a shot like you said. I'm only using 4 different emails.
