You put in random numbers, it might and might not get through. Depending on the post office workers wanting to figure out the right zip code, it most likely will cause confusion and won't get sent. You should have contacted your friend and asked for the zip code.

That's Tier 2, Tier 3 includes Collectors Edition games, TVs, Move, and Free Subs for life.
I been playing to get GT5 or LBP2, or that 40in TV.

It seems there is a pattern, it's just slightly random. The bottom right hand corner has yielded 3D tv 7 different times, now, if I only I could find another place that has it recurring.
