Here's an idea, when there are a sufficient number of people on from at least 2 cities (i'm going with the 3 opposing cities idea) online, there could be like an attack defense like game. In the game cities are divided into 3 or more sectors, each sector has a 3x2 flag made of obsidian(for the 52 second break time) that the enemy faction/team tries to destroy. If either of the teams takes down all 3 of the others flags they win ( I don't know insert a prize here) then they reset. Oh yeah, there would have to be a lot of mods around for this to work. This is starting to seam like a bad idea...

Would work; but that probably won't happen on this server.

About wars : I was thinking, maybe we could have scheduled days where people from the opposing cities (if they have declared war that is) can kill people and attack the walls (to steal or kill) of the different cities?
