So anyway, about the ranks, we agree on armbands? I would be happy to design them, I'm not the artistic guy (even after 8 years of art school) but I can make cool stuff with pixel art.

I think that every official, who is in the council should have these. Since we are facepunch I say Red and White,
For Guards I think Blue and White, Captian of the guard can be full Blue, or something.

There's not going to be any set jobs, would you be happy with just doing one thing your whole gaming time?

you can change skins whenever you want, just for the start so we can distinguish people, OR we can tak your current skins and make different color amrbands that represent a "job"

No. Read back. No one is going to do One and one thing only.
Besides, I already called dibs on Roads/Water Roads/Minecarts.
And even after the minecart update, I say that we should stick with boats for personal transfer, it does not require coal. Thoug it cannot be picked up, and if I am right there is already a working Train idea for minecarts. Up for the council to decide.
But I will build them still :v:
