When I first bought WAR, I didn't get a licence on my account and for some reason Mythic wouldn't do shit about it, so that was like £40 wasted.
I also sometimes accidentally buy game time without playing, I've probably wasted maybe £10 on Runescape, £20 on CO and £50 on WAR. Oh I also spent an entire year playing EVE, which was a big waste. That was like £120 and another £30 because I bought a GTC when I wasn't really playing the game.
Apart from that, the rest of the money I spent I would say wasn't wasted.
Dear lord, with all my past subscriptions, botting fees, currency fees. Fuck, well over $5,000 in a seven year time span.
:smug: None.

Technically it was my parents money, my WoW quitting roughly coincided with me getting a job, my parents refusing to pay and realising it sucks ass.
$0.
I bought my game membership for this one mmo using in-game cash I earned.
Like $2000 for World of Warcraft gametime(5-6 years) and around $400-500 for Character transfers, WoW copies like classic x3, BC, Wotlk.
About umm... $1425 I think.
$300.
I'm ashamed of myself now.

Looking at my EVE subscription details $199.35 exactly. That's assuming of course that my time is worth nothing. [sp]It is.[/sp]
EDIT: Almost forgot the money I spent buying Guild Wars. I think it was about $30 so $229.35.
About 0$.
Don't play much MMO (98% sure I'll buy Guild Wars 2 tho!)
To be honest, no idea for the total overall.
I played EVE online for like 3 months, I've bought Guild Wars, can't remember what campaign and then that Eye of the North or whatever it's called.
Also, WoW. Normal account back when it was 30€, TBC on release, WotLK on release, I also have that retarded horse (20€)
Oh, and gametime. Well, I happen to have bought some gametime

$600-$800
I always try to stay away from p2p MMO's, so none.
Alot, I've played through WoW, WAR online, EQ2 and I played Age of Conan at one point, EQ2 has been going on for about a year and I played WoW since launch, I had like 5 sever transfers and a race change, I'd say likely around 500 bucks.
I lost count, but it's too much. Can't say it's expensive though, looking at how many years it's spread on.
$30 on WoW + BC, $60 on WoTLK (Had to buy it from EB games :saddowns:), 4 months worth of play time, $60, have had my sub paid for me ever since :3:
Then around $100 for EvE for a period of time
Wasted like $700, and earned around $1200 :v:
Nothing.
Will probably change when the old republic comes out though.
None per month (Guild Wars), but buying the games, I don't know, more than $100 I'd bet.
$60 on World of Warcraft
Around $80
I think, over the course of my life, I've only probably spent about 100 dollars on MMOs, and that was just three things, if I recall correctly.
One was a 60 day timecard for WAR, which I promptly discovered was unusable until I actually purchase the game (Which I never did. I'm sure the timecard is still valid.)
One was a 20 dollar Nexon card, which is still valid, having not used it all (I think it's still only half used.)
And the other was the purchase of EVE online, which I need to renew
So, about 100 bucks, and probably more in the future.
i'd rather not list it all btu i will list a few things:
guild wars $45
WoW $15x3 years
Valve complete pack $99
Fallout games $50 (i wanted FO2 for the online mod)
Garrys Mod w/ CSS $20
GTA 4 $50 (has online so it is an mmo)
LOTRO $20x3 years
Warrock $20x1 year
Various game servers not sure exactly but around $600*
websites for those mmo servers $500*
I don't feel like adding it all up but thats a rough estimate and i'm sure i'm leaving out all the indie games i've played and payed for.
(*servers were always for gmod and CSS)
Way too much, with alt accounts for EVE probably over $2000.0
Years of subscription fees. Not really money wasted, just money spent on something I enjoy(ed).
Guild Wars Prophecies = $40?
Factions = $50
Nightfall Collectors edition = $80
Eye of the North = $30
$20 for 2 extra character slots
$8 for the shining blade and white mantle costumes, it was well worth it. :colbert:
$10 on the Storage sale (2 extra storage panes)
Age of Conan = $50
1 Month = $15
Sooo.... That is about... $303.
Eh, not too bad considering as I'm cheap and don't actually stick with p2p mmorpgs
When The Old Republic comes out theres no telling how deep i may reach in my pocket.
I finally found an advantage for being Egyptian... My dad was too paranoid about buying stuff online when I was a kid and new to MMOs, so I never bought any MMO in my life, nor spent money on them... luckily my dad allowed me to use steam, however.
