It doesn't look like it will be a revolutionary FPS, it's probably not going to be a great leap forward from the many other CODs and the storyline will probably be a little thin.
I think that the above is reason why a few FPers believe the game is (or at least, will be) terrible.
Of course, the purest indicator of whether a game is good, is whether it is fun (or rather, fulfilling) to play, which is impossible to discern before [I]actually playing it.[/I]
Which is why "everyone here will bitch about it and say how bad it is but still will, at the end of the day, go buy it when it comes out; or a few weeks after it releases" will occur.

I've read up on the facts, I've even played the game when it was free a few weeks ago. Not worth the "pre-order" costs. Its not nearly as good as the community makes it out to be.
