Trading Steam accounts is against the rules and will get you banned, the most stupid thing you can ever do is buy a Steam account posted on a popular forum where the steam community link is posted in the OP. The buyer and the seller will both get their account AND YOUR OTHER ACCOUNTS disabled.

Stop being paranoid, my own account was traded serveral times, and it's still not disabled.

Selling a steam account is against steams TOS.
If found out said steam account was sold. Steam might disable the account.
If I had the money I would probably buy it.
