You can only add ram physically, not digitally.
recommending triple channel DDR3 for a celeron, oh wow

reccomend
For god's sake, spell it right, I have never been spelling nazi but it really bugs me somehow this time
Ah guys don't be a ass to him, not everyone is a PC wizard.
Anyway.
Try to get some better specs (Graphic card, CPU, RAM)
OP, add me on steam and ask me whatever you want about internet or something else whenever you want.

Wait for Black Ops, but CoD4 is pretty good. Better then Mw2 MP wise.
But then again, you better get a new pc, or at the very least more RAM and a better CPU.
He is either a person who doesn't know how to open a computer case, check his computer specs and to use google.
Or he is a troll. I think the second is more likely.
Call of Duty 4 is an excelent game, especially compared to MW2. I loved both the campaign and the multiplayer!
A troll?Shut the fuck up,It was an honest question, and my computer case is open right now,but it told me bullcrap, and I didn't know about how to check it.
Thats because I do not know, and I'm not willing to take apart my computer.
Notice how i also asked if there is a site where it will check for me?
Go there and in the drop box select Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare, and it will check to see if you can run it for you.
Finished!
Also, yes it is worth it.
It's also relatively cheap on Steam. Well... Relatively.
The thing about Steam is that you can get kicked from multiplayer. To solve this you have to right click on the game in Steam Library, and go to Properties and make sure "Enable Steam Community in-game" is not enabled.

Why is it even open now? You already have sources on how to find things and opening it now is pretty pointless for your matter.
OP do what I say.
OP do what I say.
No thank you.
And its still open because I want feed back on if the game is better for PC than PS3,Etc.
OP, remember this important rule, Google before Facepunch.
Or uh... this will happen.
No thank you.

Yes it is better on PC.
Do what I fucking said above. It will tell you if you can run the game, and if so, how well.
It's better on PC because of Dedicated Servers, mostly. Plus PC is easier to aim, etc.
It's an important learning experience that you see what Call of Duty was before Modern Warfare 2.

Originals were(still are, actually) the best.
Also, Call of Duty: United Offensive is amazing.
Call of Duty, CoD:UO, CoD2.
My favourites. Not necessarily in order. CoD4 is good, too.
I've played single player COD2 On PC.
And I played WAW,4,and 2 Before I jumped onto MW2.

Wait wait wait, you played W@W on the pc you're on now and you didn't know if CoD4 would work.... you are an idiot
Wait wait wait, you played W@W on the pc you're on now and you didn't know if CoD4 would work.... you are an idiot
He never said that, gosh.

I think he meant he only played CoD2 on PC, and played the others on consoles. He also never mentioned he owned them.
In a way,I did own 2 and 4 for PC,but 4 never worked, and 2 was off some game service.
Pirated? :colbert:
If 4 never worked then why are you contemplating on buying it now?
Or was this on an older computer?

This might be weird but I have never played any CoD game before CoD4.
I dislike the WW2 theme. It feels too repetitive...
Although I find myself curious about them nowadays.
OP why the fuck do you have your PC case open?

4 was on a older computer.Maybe my one that broke or my last XP before my current Vista. Not pirated,a friend let me borrow it.2 was something game.I forgot.
