Anything that's even a few years old can run CoD4 these days.
Any new system can run it no problem, though.
But, I think you'll be fine if your PC is from 2007 onwards. Depending on how much you spent on it.

It will tell you if you can run it.

Don't worry, Call of Duty 4 was definitely one of the best games in the series. Call of Duty 2 is pretty much the exact same thing as CoD4 but without the customization, perks, sprinting and killstreaks and it's in WW2.

Its singleplayer is incredibly enjoyable, yet I never found the multiplayer very interesting. I only played it once though so I'm not making a solid opinion about its multiplayer.
