beta schedule is this weekend (aka barely into sunday due to Japan time)
next weekend as they said phase 3 would have 4 weekends somewhere
then phase 4 will start some time after that, no word on if it'll be weekend by weekend still or an extended large scale open phase

I don't know about earlier than lvl 20, but when you get to lvl 26 you can talk to this guy who instantly levels you to lvl 29. Same guy who makes your chocobo available for combat too.
In Limsa Lominsa he's outside the Maelstrom command.

out of the 4 faces, this is the 2nd most yaoiest but it had a better eye underline tattoo shape and the chin, so I pushed a bit at the other options and deyaoified a bit

phase 3 lasts one more week. Phase 4 isn't officially announced yet and one can't tell if they'll continue the weekend things or go into a longer timespan for each test, given it's full open beta

So I'm extremely excited for this game, I didn't play much of FFXIV due to moving out of state to a new college, but I can't wait for phase 4. I'm gonna level my PGL and LNC then finally unlock Monk!
Edit: Oh shit, there was a Japanese stream, apparently Lightning from FFXIII is going to be in FFXIV for some kind of event, there is rumors of special gear/armor dropping. I'll post more once I figure out whats going on.
