just be aware the FP server is packed to the gills and may or may not require some patience to get in. Alternatively, make a char on a different server and pay for a transfer later, or simply make a new char later after stumbling about for a while on your first

I wouldn't be able to tell you, though i do know the 20% off voucher only applies to digital games, that said there is a customer support line, maybe you could broker a deal with them.

How hard is it to get onto the Hyperion server anyways? You can't create characters -at all- ? Or are there slight gaps in time where you're able to squeeze through and make a character?

I'm tank, no-one says a word. They just wait for me to run ahead and follow behind. No downs, health never went critical... pure teamwork from 4 randoms.
We even figured out the boss battle with each of us taking a ripple out before adds spawned.
Got no gear but sure had fun.

servers as a whole have been getting bottlenecked, they're mostly greyed out and display "this world is not accepting any more new characters. You may either wait for the restriction to be lifted or you may select another World". It says the same thing for all locked servers, including ones that I've seen opening and closing a lot. They're just trying to regulate the influx of new members, ensuring all servers get relatively similar populations to stabilize things from the get-go

I'll probably end up being a support/healer again, mainly because when I rolled on Lake of Tears on Tera (on their F2P Launch day), I ended up in the best guild on the server while they were still active, helping to steamroll our way through GvG's and onto the first Vanarchy of the level 58-60 areas. Everybody loves a badass healer.

It's super easy, i honestly find it much more solid than i did in SWTOR.
That said, switching class and getting it to 15 isn't a huge deal, so if you hate it by then it's not such a big deal.

So to be a black Mage I need to get archer to 15 and Thaumaturge to 30 or something. Which should I do first?
I got my Thaumaturge to 15, started with archer and got it to 15, after that I continued to get my Thaumaturge to 30.
Quick tip, get Arcanist to 4 to get the heal, very helpful.
