I also got Lego Creator Medieval in a cereal box. That was fucking awesome.
Oh man, those Lego games that were in cereal boxes! I have Lego Alpha Team, Lego Creator (never played it if I recall), Lego Loco (haven't played it either), and the best of them all, Lego Tycoon, and oh shit what the hell I can't find it anymore!?!
I wish I actually remembered Illusions of Gaia. I watched my brother play it all the way through when I was younger, but I don't remember any of it, only snippets of music and the area over the Nazca Lines. This makes me miss my childhood
it was a game for the mac probably made in the 90s. you basically transported back to hunt or observe dinosaurs. i never saw a dinosaur, i just kept dying.
Carnivores?
?
Might just cry. Came into this thread expecting barely remembering what I was going to ask and the answer is right here. If rating wasn't broken for me, if only... Thank-you sir! :zoid:
Anyone ever play Mystic Towers? I had forgotten the name of it for the longest time, and only just remembered it recently. This game was the shit, I played it all the time along with Commander Keen. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mystic_Towers
I remember very vaguely a game on the SNES that starred Donald Duck I think. It might have been Darkwing considering that he has a cape and all that jazz.

Ape Escape for the PS1. When I was just 7, I played the shit outta that game, and even got past the fake ending. But after a while, I felt overwhelmed with the game. Too many monkeys to catch on too many hard levels. 9 years later, I remembered Ape Escape. I still have my PS1 with all it's games. Took the old thing out and played the game, and I was flooded with nostalgia. Slowly, I caught those fucking monkeys and uncovered they're secret hiding places, and I then went on to catch Dexter, the boss monkey. Triumph.
uhh video game prizes in cereal boxes? what the fuck why didn't i ever get this?!
My mom bought a box of Chex once. Best cereal prize ever.

This one worm/tron game I played with my cousins maybe 10 years ago... Everyone is faced off in an arena (can choose how big, how many players/bots) and whenever the pixelized player moved their "tail" or trail got longer but did not move and you eventually would block off each other and eventually die. I do not remember the name and I don't remember if it was a cheap version of another or what...

Here's an incomplete list of some of them. http://www.mobygames.com/game-group/light-cycle-games
Trying to remember a game, it was old back in the Pentium 1 times. it was a aircraft like game where you look down on your ship (arcade like). I remember you can get money and upgrade your aircraft. Also remember the difficulty settings would change with recruit having a normal pilot and the hardest having a skull instead of the pilots face. Normally when you kill enemies you'll see a $ sign popup in yellow/goldish and you had to collect them I believe, you could also destroy the buildings below on the map.
uhh video game prizes in cereal boxes? what the fuck why didn't i ever get this?!
I remember getting Roller Coaster Tycoon in a cereal box, god damn was that the best box of cereal

You played as this proper nerdy cunt with a crowbar and went around some hospital bashing the shit out of hamsters or something [editline]3rd October 2012[/editline] At the end of the game some cunt threw you in to a teleporter out of a bus
I vaguely remember some old DOS, maybe Macintosh game that I played on a then-old computer in 2001ish, it was a side-scroller that involved placing and breaking tiles or something, I barely remember it at all.
Here goes nothing It was some kind of fantasy RTS, it was in 3D, I remember that you could only build certain buildings inside your castle walls and other things like farms only outside. Also, I remember troop formations having bonuses like a wedge formation having a damage bonus, or archers having a rather large damage bonus when firing down hill, I also remember being able to build some sort of effigy from straw, setting it on fire and then getting some kind of badass unit. I also believe the game had the word "Battle" in the name. Any ideas?
Warrior Kings: Battles EDIT: Somebody already mentioned it, with a similar name, too... Maybe you were thinking of Warrior Kings? //weakly trying to protect myself
I remember a 2D (possibly isometric?) RTS game. I don't remember anything very specific other than a single unit. It was a ballista that fired crystals. IIRC it had 3 crystals on it, one pointing to the center and 2 others to the sides.
It wasn't Maui Mallard was it?
No fucking way, that's it. I instantly recognized the Cold Shadow subtitle.
I remember getting Roller Coaster Tycoon in a cereal box, god damn was that the best box of cereal
I got Ghost Recon out of a box of cereal
I remember all the titles of the games I played as a kid, but it's hard to remember any special moments or details or anything, those memories were only around till the ps2 came out. If anything I wish I remembered more things about watching my dad play resident evil 1 all the time but it's such a haze now. Only really remember the piano puzzle.
There was this game I loved to play but I could never remember it's name. It was like a JRPG version of Psychonauts where you had this weird bunny like thing and the first person's dreams you went into was this blond girl and her level was made out of gold and you fought money bags.

Fuck,I used to play that game.
Don't worry everyone I found out what game this was. It's called Duel Hearts and wow I remember this game looking a lot better then it does now.
I remember all of the games I used to play and enjoy, however I had like 50 PS1 demo disks and I recall only a few of the games I tried on those. One I can remember somewhat, and I remember being scared shitless by it. It was a first person game, you walked around a maze type area and there were enemies floating around. They were some kind of alien with large exposed brains, they wore purple robes or something. I don't remember there being any kind of decoration, only gray walls and a brown floor. Also the graphics were shit, everything was like 2D. Oh I thought of another demo one; it was a digging game, 2D. You were a little guy that dug through dirt, picking up gems and stuff. The objective was to get as many gems as possible as quick as you can, however there were boulders which fell on you if you dug below them.
Here's one I just remember recently. http://www.bestoldgames.net/eng/old-games/the-incredible-machine.php
-snip- It was Mario.
Ghost Recon

Roller Coaster Tycoon

Age of Empires

Lego Creator Medieval
What the hell kind of cereal do you people eat? I think I got a CD with a terrible bike racing advergame once.
I was dying to know the name of a game and recently I found out it was jazz jackrabbit. Hell yeah, eating cereal and playing at the same time was the shit.
