Someone was talking about a paper shredder a few pages back. But until then, I'd just push any trash over to the sides of the counter. They never get in the way of papers.

The first playthrough I did I always investigated any discrepancies, by day three everyone was cold and sick and I was broke despite never getting fined.
The second time I outright rejected anyone with any problems (unless they didn't have their passport, I needed something to stamp) and skated through with plenty of money.
I'm not sure if that was intentional (to add to the dehumanizing theme) or if it needs rebalanced.

The first time I played through this I got like, 6 guards killed by terrorists. Second play through I had no problems because Checkpoint A no longer accepts Kolechian scum.
