Just played through a second time, no citations except for letting Jorji in, saved $300, family was all OK and I arrested the murderer and the pimp.
Finally cleared the trial without ever falling short on cash. Finished with $5. I let in the wife, caught the two criminals, and kept Jorji out. I laughed out loud when I rejected his passport and had the "don't come back" message.

I'm pretty sure that's not correct. You don't get paid for the people who go through after 6pm, but you can totally get penalized for letting illegal people through.

It's scripted, like the terrorist attack.
It would be fun to see the possibility of stopping new regulations from being initiated. The only interaction between missions right now is just if you didn't let the cobrastan guy in.
What happens i you don't let the terrorist people through?
Also when this is released i would love to see the game randomized, like terrorist attacks happen at random points, random scans are put in place

I only just realised that the entire thing is supposed to be the button and that red thing is only a light! I was wondering why the lit version of that red bit wasn't depressed.
