Shading on the coat and hat is a bit dodgy and the head is too small.
I don't really know what you guys expected from the beta. Its not Minecraft where you get everything until an ambiguous "release". If he just gave everyone the full game for free how many people would actually pay for it?
Well except Minecraft didn't give 'everyone the full game for free' but charged you a reduced price for early adoption. Not sure if that model is suited to 'Papers, please'.
I'm okay with not getting the full game till release though, if you look at the current version as a demo I think it's enough to encourage most people to buy it.
I want a more complete beta access and pre-order on kickstarter for a reasonable price, like 15$
and for more money I'd love to get an Arstotzkan flag poster, mousepad or whatever, like 25$
for even more an Arstotzkan passport replica in leather and IDcard with my credentials, like 50$
and for yet more some real stamps with the ingame APPROVED and DENIED
