Also, the unit pools are a tad small. It makes up for it by letting you spam them and having massive unit numbers, but leaving a little bit to be desired.

It really isn't that hard to install, like at all... unless you have the game on Steam, in which case it's a bitch to get any mod working right.
You just download the full 1.4.4 installer(comes with the English translation already applied)

For me, it took about five different tweaks to get it to work right on my computer, with Steam (not on Steam, but with the overlay), and not have it crash every single time. There's also a bug in the Ork campaign, at least for me (I've done every single fix on the forum) that will instantly crash the game if I have to manually play a defense siege battle in my capital.

I hate all that tacticool BS too, but a 100 or so years after the weapons were made, and then a nuclear holocaust, and then 200 years after that, any weapons from that era wouldn't be in working condition. plus, I don't see why you would want an M1 Garand, or a 1903 Springfield when everyone else is carrying around assault rifles, miniguns, and laser rifles.

Let go of the accelerate key when doing the backflip. Keeps it from realigning.
