Yes i'm on low quality, I had terrible frame rates when I first started playing ( ATI cards have problems with brink) But I updated my drivers and now I get a good framerate, havent bothered to put the texture quality back up again.

Reminds me of that "high-res" texture pack for Dragon Age.
All they did was scale the textures up 2x, apply a grit overlay and sharpen them.
