Put the ENBSERIES files in the same folder as your game .exe

Open enbseries.cfg in notepad and experiment with tweaking the settings. (For quality settings in the cfg 0 means best, 1 medium and 2 lowest. Otherwise 1 means true and 0 means false)

I've put the files in the root, and all it has done is added mad brightness and contrast.
