Sword of the Stars, turn-based 4X game that focuses more on combat than diplomacy. It's pretty kicking rad and has cool mods for it.

It's a shame that L.A. Noire doesn't have Euphoria. Or does it? Seems like it is just ragdoll blended with animation.
There is a massive set of stairs near Central Police station, if you walk up that and push people they catapult in random directions.

I can't tell whether or not it's worth it using ENB since I can only run the game at the lowest settings now.
Don't know what's up with the stretchiness. I'd like to say I can run ARMA II on highest at 40 FPS, but my GPU fucking hates the game and blue screens every 5 minutes unless it's on low/medium.
