Enclave's in pieces, it basically doesn't exist anymore after FO2.
So I've fixed everything, eliminated pretty much al random crashes, and mad every single one of the 100+ mods in my load order work perfectly together, everything's working swimmingly.
Apart from the FUCKING radio stuttering. How the fuck do I fix it, it's driving me insane.
I understand perfectly.

Guys why does this mod have 33 likes and only 2 dislikes?
http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14508
Because, maybe, it's aimed at a certain group of people, and those people seem to like the mod since it fits their needs?
Why does Fallout have a million and one skills and the only ones that seem to matter (according to this guide on the wiki) are Small Guns and Energy Weapons?
They are hardly the 2 that matter the most, but they are the ones that are used the most.
Because, maybe, it's aimed at a certain group of people, and those people seem to like the mod since it fits their needs?
But what kind of people look at a game and think 'Well, this is great, but it really needs to have more of a 'WWE's Chyna' aesthetic.'?
So I got Fallout 3 two weeks or so ago and put about 30 hours of gameplay to it, and have only explored the lower-right quarter of the map (almost, still got a few areas maybe).
Already I have tons of ammo, supplies, weapons, and caps, and the game is a bit easy now (this is on very hard difficulty).
Is it time to install mods or should I bother trying to beat the game vanilla first? Does it get a lot harder out of that quarter of the map? Maybe I should install some simple mods to make it a better experience without changing core gameplay and etc? Such as Fellout + Nightvision?

The guide said to really only bother putting points in those skills...
Good Karma: Talon Company gets pissed off at you, they hunt you down, Black Widow is useful.
Evil Karma: Regulators are pissed off, Lady Killer is somewhat useful(maybe).
Black Widow is infinitely more useful since you encounter way WAY more male enemies and convo opportunities.
I've found more Lady Killer conversations than Black Widow ones...
I've found more Lady Killer conversations than Black Widow ones...
Black Widow is better for combat, Lady Killer is better for conversation.

You got the GOTY version? Get MMM or that as well, and if you have GOTY/Broken Steel, prepare to fight Albino Radscorpions, Feral Ghoul Reavers, and Super Mutant Overlords.
About the BW/LK perks, the funniest of them were:
BW: The suggestion of well, having sex with that Quantum girl.
LK: I don't know, either in Megaton or Agatha
But like what that person said, Black Widow is a lot more useful in combat since there are shitloads more enemies that are male(good karma females have to fight Talon Company and Enclave, both have almost no female enemies, Enclave does have female officers).
Also, in New Vegas, who is going to make a female character and get that female LK perk(its not Black Widow, its apparently like Lady Killer, but for females, if there is a perk like that).
Can someone explain how to use the GaryBash? I used FO3Edit to make a merged patch, helped a shit load with crashing, but I still get some random crashes and I thought I'd give it a shot.

Garybash doesn't have much documentation, but read up on how to use Wrye Bash for oblivion, it's basically exactly the same.
Holy shit, once you mod it up enough the game is actually a very decent shooter with sprinklings of pure awesome, it's really quite something. Ironsight mod, FWE with bullet time and grenade hotkey, EVE, killable children, Fellout, and a shitload of texture mods, my god this is how the game should've been.
[editline]01:32AM[/editline]
One more thing:
Why is every single mod that does something with children (barring Killable Children of course) fucking creepy?

Look at that shit. 'Enhanced Children'? 'Cute Body Replacer'? That sounds brutally clinical and INCREDIBLY weird. And when the creator consistently uses the word 'ignorant' to describe naysayers, well, can you think of anyone else who used that term a lot?

Yeah.
And especially this one:
http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11063
Which combines the two worst things about the modding community on these games, the paedophilia and the anime shit.
I think most males find children creepy...
I think most males find children creepy...
True.
If the creators of the mods are girls, I wonder if they'll ever realise they made the little girls' outfits waay too sexualised.
Its still fucked up.
I really want Fallout 2 to work on my school laptop, but I have to be the admin to install anything, ugh!
I've spent so much time trying to understand this wyrebash/garybash shit. So little information from my searches.
[editline]10:16PM[/editline]
Awesome, now my game won't even fucking start now.
Without FO3Edit's Merged Patch or the Bashed patch (Which I still have no idea how to fucking work), the game won't boot. So going back to the way it was like last week, I can't run it.
[editline]10:23PM[/editline]
It runs if I window it at about 1024x768.
The massive help file on the wyre bash site still doesn't tell me how to merge anything. Just how to rebuild the Bash patch.
Obviously something you would find on 4chan. :butt:

Install/copy Fallout 2 onto flash drive, use flash drive with laptop.
sounds like we have more pervy mods out there. great.

What in the holy mother of shit fuck?
I have played fallout 3 for almost 70 hours now, and I just found out that you can pick up objects by pressing "Z". I spent like 5 minutes trying to get an intact garden gnome to stand upright in a good spot in my Megaton house by picking it up and dropping it from my inventory.
Bethesda better playtest their shit before releasing. Okay, how many bugs do you think New Vegas will have?
At the very least, they could FIX FALLOUT 3 FIRST.
You know Bethesda isn't making New Vegas right?
You know Bethesda isn't making New Vegas right?
no matter how many times you say that, there's still going to be a dumbass who thinks they are.
