Fallout Series Thread - Games

I'm going to pre-order the collectors edition of new vegas in a few days. Also I still fail at fallout 2, I'm not going to play again until school ends and I have more time on my hands.

If you pre-ordered it though, then chances are you'll buy it anyway because you don't want to loose your bonus.

The world is fleshed out, and I feel that each town within the large greys and browns of the wasteland is a gem to behold.

I like this game just as much as the old and i feel sorry for those emotional stumps who have to hate on the one to feel that they can love the other. my life is better than theirs (and the golden abreviation that saves me from any counterargument as garlick saves a neck from a vampire... wait for it!) IMO!!

I will never forget my first playthough of Fallout 3. Ended up going to the garage and rescuing my dad without knowing. Then a Deathclaw killed me :saddowns:

Regardless it was just too boring for me, especially the fucking combat and the isometric view. I liked Diablo 2's isometric view, but at least it was real time combat. Turn based just annoys me to no end.

Fallout 3 is one of the best FPS/RPG games ever made... all i want is co op/multiplayer, maybe in the future

Big rigs is actually kinda cool in its own way IMO, still horrid, but in a way cool. Beats me. Anyone else had problems with Enclave Commander and Real Time Settler? EC just doesn't allow me to use the radios and markers properly, thus rendering the purpose of the mod useless, and RTS I never get anything of which I should for the mod. Anyone got an ideas?

Has anyone tried the Helmet POV mod? How is it?

This thread needs more Fallout 2 screenshots. Back in a jiffy.

Anyone else remember that facepunch mod? It had a bunch of user haging out in paradise falls. Is anyone else worrying about the quality of New Vegas since Obsidian's new game alpha protocol isn't getting very good reviews?
