I must be the only one who never crashes while playing Fallout 3.
I hate you forever.
What the fuck is up with this game?
I've got it on Retail disc, and fully patched up to 1.7. Half of the time, VATS takes about 10 seconds to enter, and when it has, it will say 0% on every body part. This happens way to much now.
Also, textures like to randomly mess up, like a bed only showing it's Normal map (no Diffuse).
<SNIP>
What the fuck is up with Facepunch and it deciding to post several replies even though I pressed the button once and patiently waited.
Hey Fallout Fans, I made a Corvega in LBP1 for you guys :buddy:

Well, a fixed up Corvega at least.
Even my 360 version has crashed several times..
Nath, do you have an nVidia card, and are you on 7? If so, VATS is laggy with that combination.
Did I see diagonal running animations in the video of New Vegas?
Amazing.
I played at the eurogamer expo and I'm pretty certain there were no diagonal running animations, I could be wrong or it might have been an older build but I wouldn't get your hopes up

I'm using an 8800GT. Worked fine before I reinstalled Windows. I had to use a registry fix to get FO3 working again. I'm going to guess it's due to one of the mods I use, which are mainly just small difficulty changes and texture changes.
What's wrong with OP Anchor?
It takes the game's worst aspect, the combat, and bases a whole DLC around it, instead of basing one around the best aspect, which is exploring and doing interesting quests. I liked Point Lookout the best since it added a whole new are a in which to do just that. Broken Steel was good too, since it added a relatively satisfying ending, free roam, and more quests to the wasteland. The Pitt was more restrictive, but still OK, and Zeta was the same mind numbing action crap as OA, except with a more interesting aesthetic and less interesting loot.

My fallout 3 crashed only when I had a bad videocard that crashed on every single game so that doesn't count.
Other than that - Never had a smallest problem with it. Everything worked perfectly always.

I have LPB and I know how freakin' hard is to make something beautiful like that. Give that man artistics! Yes you there, scrool up and rate artistic!
I try to rate people, but my ratings never work.
I just installed Fellout mod, since everyone recommends it, and a PDA Pip-Boy.
You can see jackshit at night, which is way more annoying than realistic (Ambient lights, where?), and during day-time it just brings out the fact that the game has pretty much no shadows while it over saturates everything.
Horrible mods. I don't understand why everyone wants to play as furry women with prostitute companions either :frogdowns:

Fellout != Furry prostitute mods
Most downloaded model/texture mods on Fallout3Nexus does though.

Then get some high class companion, like in a Bond movie:

Also I never see any furry mods. What are you searching for? This isn't Oblivion.
Is there a mod that increases encounters of monsters and people in the wasteland for Fallout 3?

Marts Mutant Mod:

It adds some extra options but I think these can be disabled, it also has different modules to increase the spawn rates.
I just preordered New Vegas at Gamestop for 5 dollars!
Oh yeah, saw those once. What's the deal with them anyways? What kind of OS do they run?
Im not sure but it predates DOS though,to upgrade the entire network its going to cost alot of money so they keep the things as long as they can.
I never crashed.
Not once.
I can't even play fallout 3 on my new computer because of how much it crashes, at least new vegas comes out soon.

Its a feature. /sarcasm
New Vegas better not be like that(I know, Obsidian is making it, and the original Fallout team).
Also, a very hard boss fight, we need that.

Hmm you are rather right about the combat being a bit bad, but I loved that I could take part in the war that caused the bombs to drop. It was a bit too short though. Needed more missions and objectives to do.
Fuck, I lost my preorder receipt!
