That M16 like rifle is still brown sadly.
I'm sure they will reskin it soon enough if it's a good weapon. Most of the stuff can probably be ported from FO3 to NV anyway.
I hope there is a mod that makes the handling for grease gun more realistic. (they way you hold it I mean)

Damn, seems that because of current issues I won't be able to get my preorder copy of FONV. I will have to likely wait until after release.
I nuked Megaton and now I have to idea where to even start with quests. I've never done a freeplay runthrough before, much less an evil one. Fallout 3's quests just don't feel as cool as Oblivions. Oh well.
