I hope they make a better start then with Fallout 3. Sure birthdayparty's and growing up is fun to watch, but it was the least awesome part of Fallout 3. And Tunnelsnakes rule!

The Enclave probably still has outposts like Navarro, but they're not a united front anymore, and they have no president. They'll eventually blend in with some major factions. And they can always retreat back to their Vault, which NCR would never be able to get.

No-one with a pre-load of Fallout New Vegas/disc version can decrypt the game files and crack it till after the release date, 19th of October for US and 22nd for October.
