I used either blue or green, usually blue. Does anyone know if you'll be able to buy the collector's edition after the game comes out? I didn't end up pre-ordering it and I only have $20 right now.
Ebay. And I'm sure some stores will still sell it. I know you can find the FO3 collector edition still.
I hope to god they still have the same ambient tracks for NV. Requim for humanity was the best soundtrack in the game in my opinion. 1:39
I also like the blue HUD.
Blue looks smooth, I've always picked it.
Have there been any early reviews out for this game yet?
Have there been any early reviews out for this game yet?
Yeah one really shitty one
Yeah one really shitty one
In which the reviewer sounds like he hasn't played the game at all, pretty sure it was a troll.
Random Wasteland encounter. You can save her but she just runs off or something.
yeah, IIRC, if you save her, when she runs off she yells at you saying that it was all your fault. so yeah, she really hates you if you sabotage the Vault. I never liked her anyways. the other vault 101 dwellers you find in Random Encounters (the two girls from your class whose names I forget, the Redhead and the Asian.) if you let Amata be Overseer were far nicer. they even tell you how sorry they were that you got kicked out. and to think that before you had to escape in the first place they thought you were such a loser. that's character development. BAD character development, but character development...
Blue looks smooth, I've always picked it.
I liked a black and red hud mod. It was nice.
I pick colors that fit in with the environment. Green was the only one that really worked for me in Fallout 3, and I can see that amber is probably what I'll use in NV. Also I'm really hoping that these two mods will be compatible right off the bat. http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=43 http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8734 The default hud sucks and a beaten up pip boy would be nice since it's basically a hand-me-down from doc mitchell.
I'm thinking for New Vegas I should learn how to make armour and weapons in the geck, how hard is it?
I'm thinking for New Vegas I should learn how to make armour and weapons in the geck, how hard is it?
Its not hard to change the stats of default items, but to model and texture your own you need additional programs and it's a little bit harder.
I'm thinking for New Vegas I should learn how to make armour and weapons in the geck, how hard is it?
To make something unique and creative is very hard, to make some mod however that gives you a suit with 100000x protection its just a single number and 1 minute of work.
I just thought of an advantage of getting it on the 22nd. When it is released hopefully you Americans have converted the DLC to mods.
When it is released certainly you Americans have converted the DLC to mods.
Corrected.

1:39
I disliked FO3's soundtrack because it just sounded like I was playing Oblivion. That FO1/FO2 music mod really made a difference.
http://www.newvegasnexus.com/ cool
Why isn't it combined with the Fallout 3 one like Morrowind and Oblivion's are combined? One thing I would love to see implimented (like in a mod or sslt) is Supply and Demand. As in, X Town is running low on water or guns or armour or stuff and if you sell that stuff there' they'll pay more for it, but if you buy it from there, you pay more. If something is in abundance in one town, you can buy it cheap but you get less selling it. So you can play a real merchant character as a non-violent means to get money.
I disliked FO3's soundtrack because it just sounded like I was playing Oblivion. That FO1/FO2 music mod really made a difference.
While I agree that F01 & 2 had a superior soundtrack, I didn't get an Oblivion feel from F03's at all, it was way more ambient than
Do I HAVE to buy the house upgrades like My First Infirmary and Jukebox? I'm assuming I do, which pisses me off because I never have any money. :frown:
You don't have to
While I agree that F01 & 2 had a superior soundtrack, I didn't get an Oblivion feel from F03's at all, it was way more ambient than
there's also the fact that Oblivion had a completely different composer. FO3 had the guy with the weird name I forgot who did Crysis' soundtrack.
You don't have to
Not that way, I mean to have them. I should have phrased that better.
Not that way, I mean to have them. I should have phrased that better.
pretty sure the answer is still no.
pretty sure the answer is still no.
That's what I thought. :frown:
there's also the fact that Oblivion had a completely different composer. FO3 had the guy with the weird name I forgot who did Crysis' soundtrack.
Inon Zur.
Holy Christ this guy is terrible. He kept guessing on the questions until he finally got them right.
That's what I thought. :frown:
eh? I meant you don't have to have them. there's nothing to lose if you don't get those house upgrades. sure, some of them give nice stuff for having them (like no longer having to pay for a doctor if you have the infirmary), but there's no real incentive for getting or not getting them.
Is it a bear? no. Is it a bear? no. Is it a bear? no. Is it a bear? no. Is it a bear? no. Is it a bear? no. Is it a bear? no. Is it a bear? no. Is it a bear? no. Is it a bear? yes.
Inon Zur.
yeah, him. best name for a composer ever.
I said bepassley was a hick and a lesbian and got a 10 minute time-out.
