I hate to say it, and i'm going to get flamed so hard for this, but I have only 60 dollars right now, I don't know if I should buy this tomorrow, or wait for...Black Ops in November. They both look really fun, and I LOVED Fallout 3, played through it dozens of times on 360 and PC, but Black Ops looks like a lot of fun too, and all of my friends will be playing that come November, i'm so confused :sigh:

I enjoyed CoD4 and MW2 a lot though, for what they were, they were fun games to play, especially with friends, and I feel like I could get A LOT of replay value out of both of them, so I really don't know which to get, i'l probably end up flipping a damn coin over it.
So, what exactly is the reason for the game coming out before in the U.S?
I mean, it's not like it wouldn't be possible to release it for all users at the same time on Steam, actually, I think it's rather odd to decide that specific users on Steam cannot buy the game until the 22nd.

Same with most games really. I dunno why games seem to come out on a Tuesday in the us and a Friday in Europe.

It's tradition for games to get released later here. It stems from localisation originally, but that's not the case anymore.

I just discussed it with a friend, and we came to the conclusion that it might have something to do with translations and stuff like that. But really, couldn't they just let us buy the U.S. version if you don't feel you need translations?
