The FPS management stuff made me lag so I disabled that. Otherwise it sure helps to keep the random stutter down.

By disabling it what exactly do you mean? Did you disable something that came with the fix or in the game by default?

Anyone know why in Fallout 3 all the songs played on GNR have a weird stutter to them, but not on the Enclave radio or the various DLC radios?

Shit fallout 3 has crashed twice on me today, I hope New Vegas is less buggy.

Can't wait for New Vegas. When I heard about it I was kinda worried about what it might be like, but then when I saw the leaked screens and read that it played like Fallout 3, I was relieved.
But then, when I read about hardcore mode, I nearly passed out. Then ironsights, customizing weapons, and now I'm reading about fucking THROWING SPEARS and the other melee weapons.
This just keeps getting better and better. I have no doubt in my mind that New Vegas will be better than Fallout 3.

Killing brotherhood outcasts always fucks up the game for me. I think it's something related to their armor, killing through console works.
I told one of the Devs of F:NV through Steam that the pictures they showed on Steam look horrid. He got sad.

Also I think I'm going to download FOSE, fuck GFWL I want to use the stutter fix. Just one question about it, on the website it said launching with fallout.exe won't work so how would I put it on my steam games list?

Add non steam game > fose_loader.exe
You really shouldn't hesitate when getting rid of GFWL, it's a huge turd that needs to be banished from the PC.

Aww, that's not very nice. Message whoever at Bethesda is still tying them to that horrible engine, they're the real people at fault. And if you really do have one of the developers on steam, ask him if the game has diagonal running animations. If they do, I will forgive obsidian for not finishing KOTOR2.

Right click on fose_loader in steam > properties > change the name.

Day 320, Capital Wasteland, Ruins of Raven Rock:
I went on my daily to Raven Rock to kill the always fleeing Enclave so that i may loot their sweet, sweet armor for some much needed caps, Today I said "fuck it, Ill walk back" So I did just that, on the way i ran into a couple of buildings, non-descript and they dont have their own location name, so I looked around, found some typical Raider scum whom were deftly blown up. (Atuors nose: I had some mods installed, and a self-made 'horror' one.) I hear hissing noises, multiple hissing noises, they seemed to be coming from a building in the center, So I entered the ruined maze of a complex, The hissing noises stopped and it was dead midnight and i could barely see anything, flashlight or not. I start getting hit from places unknown and i turn around seeing nothing around, I freaked and i saw the ground, And there I saw feral ghouls lying on the ground in T-position.
I shoot a mutant once.

It's not. It happened to me even without mods. Necron, what OS do you use? It happened to me on Vista but seemed to stop on Win7. It's something about audio drivers, I don't really remember.

What difficulty do you guys play on? I'm considering changing to hard but I'm hesitant.

Probably. If it happens by Super-Duper Mart you're fucked. It and most of its power cells landed on the roof. I had to stack shopping carts to get on the fence, then stack more on the fence to get on the roof.
