Gonna pick up NV when I get my new pc. at christmas :saddowns:
DAMN IT I thought that persuading the overseer in "Trouble on the homefront" to open up vault 101 would... you know, eventually cause it to open. Now I do some research and find out that the only way to get them to leave was to sabotage the reactor. But now it's to late, and I made my character specifically so I could fit in with the tunnel snakes :saddowns:

Thank god, I was having an identity crisis here [editline]08:54AM[/editline] Was contemplating getting facial surgery and discarding my tunnel snakes jacket, and of course a new hairdo

I hope there is less ammo in New Vegas. In the end, i had like 10.000 5.56 bullets. Things like that are what make me dislike Fallout 3 a litttle bit. In the end, you are almost invincible, and you are never short of supplies. I hope in New Vegas melee weapons server a greater porpous, so using them instead of shooting molerats is acualy revarding.

His face is too ugly for me to see. He died in 5 minutes. Kinda worthless, get Star Paladin Cross. Also, OP, you forgot www.fallout-on-line.com, its the official one for project V13.

Ammo has weight, so you have to be more careful about how much you carry. No more carrying 30 rockets around!

But anyway, if you wanted, and have it for the PC, FWE fixes a lot of the problems you mentioned, you should try it.

Also, I was working on a mod called 'Vault 101 ReOpened' once upon a time. The Brotherhood of Steel arrived at the Vault, setting up an outpost to protect the Vault in exchange for food, pure water, and technology. Wastelanders would be allowed to enter if Amata becomes the Overseer at the end of Trouble on the Homefront. Andy would sell fresh fruit, 'purified' food like Cram, and bottles of Purified Water in the Cafeteria. Additional plans included repelling Enclave and Raider assaults, or helping the Raiders invade and destroy the Vault. You could even voyage to Vault-Tec HQ in D.C. to find supplies for the Vault, and locate a truck abandoned on a recently collapsed Interstate holding a cache of shiny new water chips. The Vault would still be open even if you destroyed the water chip, but the destruction of the chip caused a malfunction, resulting in water flooding the Vault. Eventually, the cog-door opened and discharged the water in a sudden rush, sending supplies out into the entrance cave. Mirelurks now inhabit the still flooded Reactor Level; all other levels are completely washed out and rusted. The Overseer's body could be found, sealed in his office. I scrapped the idea because I didn't have the time nor the help to keep working on it. Nobody would even give me a rusty 101 door. Bah, maybe I'll restart it. Nobody seems to give any support. I also started a mod to re-enter Raven Rock through a tunnel, but I lost interest.
Still trying to beat Fallout 1. It's starting to get annoying since i pretty much have no idea where to go.
Bah, maybe I'll restart it. Nobody seems to give any support.
Doooo eeeeet. It was annoying how the only way you could recruit butch and return to vault 101 was to destroy it, that sounds like a great mod.
Really? I deleted it, so I would have to redo it from scratch. I would need some contacts for stuff I can't do.

New Vegas again. http://e3.gamespot.com/live.html
Cool! According to the end of the above stream, you can plant C4 on an entire town (if you have enough C4) and watch limbs fly when you detonate.
Talk about genocide. I actually like the idea of planting C4 more than grenades, since you can control when to detonate. Maybe you can wait until they walk by another enemy and blow them both up?
Reverse-pickpocket just one of a dozen enemy soldiers close to each other, and you can eliminate the entire squad!
Such charm, what's your speech level?
Words cannot describe how much I aspire to be like 'InoUBtUDntnoMe'! His sheer command of the English language and his near-infinite knowledge of almost any subject surely mean he's a rising star in our illustrious ranks of charming, intelligent posters! :buddy:
Use detective work. There's quite a few NPCs that hint you where to go.
Watched a speedrun and now im in the super mutant base and have no idea what to do... Got the key from the locker, im in the computer room where i have to fix the terminal but now what... Tells me a bunch of security numbers but i don't know what the fuck they mean.
I remember one time I tried blowing up Mariposa the quick way. At the Necropolis Watershed, I surrendered and went to Mariposa to be interrogated. During the conversation with the Lieutenant, I sped off and activated the self-destruct. I eventually got shot and died.
