You know, The Settler is outdated so most people wouldn't help. Real-Time Settler is the most recent version. It's not (yet another) vault house mod that looks like Vault 101 or something. It's a concept to reopen the Vault and include it as a sort of city, complete with Overseer Amata, Andy, and all the other Vault Dwellers. With new content, of course.
I know you have a hell of a lot on your plate already, but one thing you could do (if you haven't planned to do this already) is to transfer citizens from Megaton to the Vault. It would solve the low amounts of citizens, and for the people of Megaton, would be easier to defend and provide better, cleaner, and larger living space. Would cause problems with the whole nuking Megaton thing, though.
I don't know about that. Amata and the other Vault Dwellers are more sympathetic than, say, Vault City, but they wouldn't throw open their doors and incorporate them as Vault Dwellers. Also, I might add a feature where, if you detonate the Megaton bomb, it causes several problems for Vault 101.
Fallout new vegas 1up preview (contains gameplay) http://gamevideos.1up.com/video/id/29981
The sparse amount of people on the strip and in the casinos is disheartening.
The sparse amount of people on the strip and in the casinos is disheartening.
Remember that it's early footage, but yeah I'm hoping they step it up to at least 4 times the population of Rivet City, the largest settlement in the game. Also, the two mods I recommend the most would be Classic Fallout Weapons Revived, and The Big, bad and Ugly mod, the latter was already posted. CFWR adds a shitton of classic weapons as well as re-balancing armor and default weapons to make up for the change, unlike most weapons mods.
That sounds good, I hated that some how the Enclave's Mk.II Advanced Power Armour was generally inferior to a pre-war T-51.

I can't find it
Anyone else spawn alot of bears then go hunting?
CFWR looks good but I don't like how they put the modern fallout tactics weapons in.
Yeah it gets kind of annoying but you get used to it, plus most of them are ones that could still easily exist in Fallout. BBU link: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5421 P.S.: God I fucking hate Fallout Nexus. TITS TITS TITS MW2 HALO TITS TITS PORN /caps
More like RESKIN RESKIN RESKIN TITS RESKIN RESKIN PERSONAL VAULT there isn't that many nude mods, really, and I haven't seen any halo weapons yet. MW2 is redundant since I think there's one armor pack and the weapons are in other packs, which might or might not be based on MW2. I actually wish I could get some Halo guns.
P.S.: God I fucking hate Fallout Nexus. TITS TITS TITS MW2 HALO TITS TITS PORN /caps
The modding communities of Bethesda games are extremely productive, but filled with perverts and weeaboos, not to mention a shitload of people who just don't seem to get the fucking game, making tactic00l guns and shit.
Where the fuck is the improvements [editline]02:42PM[/editline] This looks exactly the same as FO3
Late reply, but did you guys get so upset when Fallout 2 was released? By the same logic, it's just a "rehash" of the first.
Most people on this forum were like 8 when it was released.
Just downloaded "The New World", and I'm wondering: Where the fuck is the subway that takes you there? And, on a probably unrelated note, why does it tell me to search the room with the Wonder Mole Rat Meat maker in Jury Street Metro Station?
Late reply, but did you guys get so upset when Fallout 2 was released? By the same logic, it's just a "rehash" of the first.
Actually I've heard some people did. They were just as stupid back then.
Actually I've heard some people did. They were just as stupid back then.
Those guys were probably No mutants Allowed. They have been described as "Gleaming sapphires of hatred in the Fallout community"
Is it just me or does Fallout 2 have compatibility issues? I've recently started playing it but it seems to crash my comp a lot. I've been thinking it was Windows 7 or it was something with 64 bit. Anyone know of a solution?
120 days till New Vegas is released in North America.
120 days till New Vegas is released in North America.
That's still about 1/3 of a year.
120 days till New Vegas is released in North America.
Holy shit I'm so pumped
120 days till New Vegas is released in North America.
That actually kinda put a downer on things. I had no idea it was so long.
Yeah, I'm kind of sad I have to wait 4 months until it comes out. Time goes too slow.

Are there any mods that remove the time limit in FO1?
Are there any mods that remove the time limit in FO1?
maybe... but there's no need.
maybe... but there's no need.
For me there is. I prefer to branch off the main quest usually in free roam RPG's.
For me there is. [sp] there is a way to prolong the limit to 500 days or so[/sp] as far as i remember.
Could you tell me? Since i'm pretty much lost and am going to have to restart. most likely.
As far as i remember, you find a settlement that can provide the Vault with water for some odd number of extra days... after that, the plot progresses and at some time you'll get an insanely high timelimit thrown in your face. so, that's two increases. I'm sorry i'm so vague, but i do not remember the details. some other kind soul could fill you in i hope.
You can hire water caravans from The Hub to go to the Vault, although it brings up some thing about the super mutants being able to trace it back. Pretty sure it still helps though.
