Hey, through out the school year (When I was playing Fallout 3 a lot) I could recite the starts of every weapon, including the unique ones, all the interesting secrets, cool tricks and details about each quest, but I had trouble remembering my history lesson. Motherfucking selective memory.
You know what pisses me off?
In Fallout 1/2, Power Armor basicly made you invincible, and in Fallout 3 it's only slightly better then Combat Armor.
Oh and i still don't get why most weapons still work after 200 years, espacialy experimentel stuff like Laser Rifles and the Gaussgun. And why is there still ammo everywhere? So far we have only seen one ammo factory, and it's far away from the capital Wasteland.

If you mean the Anchorage Gauss gun, it is understandable, because it hasn't been used for 200 years, and wasn't exposed to radiation.
There are Gaussguns in Fallout 2 (not sure about 1)

It means that if you wear power armor, if they start punching you you won't get hurt.
Let's say that the combat armor's Damage T is 25 A guns damage is 23. This means that you will not get hurt if they shoot you with that.
But if the gun's damage is 26 or bigger you will.

You could get the mod that removes the exclamation marks, so you simply wouldn't see anything.
You only want one of the GalaxyNewsRadio#[M].esp. More than 1 clutters your load order, and can cause errors.
You choose the number depending on how many songs you downloaded. So 20 songs means that you choose GalaxyNewsRadio20[M].esp, where as all 100 means that you choose GalaxyNewsRadio100[M].esp

I did 100 but some times the songs wouldn't play.

I have used FOOK 2 before but without MMM so that might be causing problem but I got the FOIP patch and i don't know what it does :(
Try redownloading the songs.
And read stuff before you download it.
