I'm having this weird problem in Fallout 3 where sometimes my mouse button clicks fail to register.
Got Fallout3 GOTY on the sale. I'm so excited to play. But I'll put it off till I finish some other RPGs.
Going to buy Fallout 3 tomorrow from Steam, looking forward to it, but I wonder what tomorrows Sale will be.
I thought the sale only lasts for the day. Do they last over the whole sale?
I want to buy fallout 3 but don't think it will run, at least not well enough to be enjoyable Specs: AMD Turion 64 dual core 2.0GHz 3GB RAM Nvidia 8400M G
I thought the sale only lasts for the day. Do they last over the whole sale?
it's today only so if he's going to buy it tomorrow he's going to have to buy it for the original price.
Of all the guns... At least it looks kind of like the American 180, with the usual artistic liberties taken.
that gun has a REALLY bad model. there are smoothing errors all over it.
that gun has a REALLY bad model. there are smoothing errors all over it.
Screen is taken from a shit quality stream I believe.
it's today only so if he's going to buy it tomorrow he's going to have to buy it for the original price.
Not if it's before 9am Pacific time.

I've been trying to get Fallout 3 to work on my computer for a while. It just hates me I suppose. Maybe I'll try on a new computer someday, but I doubt it's my shit GPU because I've heard of people with my exact problem with the GPU I'm installing soon, so yeah. On top of that I run Oblivion with no problems. But on this game, I hit New Game and CTD. So fuck. No Fallout 3 for me I guess. Here's hoping New Vegas will actually work.
I think the processer has to be 2.4 GHz minimum.
I believe that's for single core machines only. Yes he can run it, but not very well.
Will New Vegas have a updated engine. Or still use the same Fallout3/Oblivion engine?
Same shit Gamebryo
Holy shit, after getting a .dll file to help with my shit Intel onboard graphics, it worked. YESSSSS. Fun time.
Woot I always wanted to get this on my pc but I didn;t feel like purchasing it a second time, but now it's on sale for 25$ :bubblewoop: Wow that gun in the offscreen footage looked terribly moddled and the hand grip seemed akward :/
Screen is taken from a shit quality stream I believe.
Screen was taken from a full quality game and subsequently cropped to focus on the gun, thank you very much.
Gamebryo engine looks like shit, it's been established.
Useless slowmo when not even hitting the target? Yeah it got old.
If you think its shit, suggest something better.
If you think its shit, suggest something better.
Completely turn based combat :downs: No, I know, it wouldn't sell. How about not slowing down the shots of you firing at a wall or past someone's head? How about being a little more careful with the distribution of slowmo, so you get it when someone's limb explodes or is cut off, or you shoot them in their eye in an awesome way? There's simply too much camera shaking, excessive slowmo, and weird angles currently. Tone it down a bit, it'll feel much cooler when the impressive shit happens.
Finally got Fallout 3 today. Have been relying on my friend's copy for quite a long time. EDIT: I don't want to stir the pot; but I just couldn't play the old fallout games. I'm too old and stupid to play them.
Screen was taken from a full quality game and subsequently cropped to focus on the gun, thank you very much.
Wait, is it a Fo3 screen or a FoNV screen?

I'll bookmark it, I can't play anything except flash games and X-COM due to my dead GPU. Thanks.
I just learned New Vegas releases on my birthday.

Just got back from Quakecon. New Vegas was pretty good when I tried it. The iron sights worked well and there were boxing gloves! I tried out Hardcore mode which was okay (didn't test out combat with it). It should have a stamina meter because you quickly lose the ability to run and I noticed there was nothing on the HUD that shows stamina or something similar.
