What does the 9mm SMG look like in this? Same as FO3? What about the .22 SMG?
What does the 9mm SMG look like in this? Same as FO3? What about the .22 SMG?
I didn't really look at the 9mm SMG but I am assuming it is different (the 9mm Pistol was). The 22mm is like the Assault Rifle from Fallout 3 except it has a bigger mag (if I am not mistaken) and it has iron sites (much better than the E3 ones)!
So, I recently bought FO3. Sadly for the 360. So any suggestions for a new game?
So, I recently bought FO3. Sadly for the 360. So any suggestions for a new game?
What's wrong with 360 Fo3? I mean sure, no mods, but it's still enjoyable. I first played Fo3 with shitloads of mods on PC and got distracted and ended up not doing much, but on 360 I actually progressed through the story and saw stuff I never knew was in the game.

Anyway, back to the question.
I just learned New Vegas releases on my birthday.
Lucky bastard.
What the hell is up with that quote?
I just bought it for cheaps on Steam. Hooray!
I just started Fallout 1, was a bit hard to figure out at first but I'm slowly getting the hang of it. I also got raped by a giant mole rat in that vault you have to visit, haven't figured out combat yet :downs:
I think the processer has to be 2.4 GHz minimum.
Mine is 2 GHz runs it just fine.
Wait, is it a Fo3 screen or a FoNV screen?
FO3 screen with 19th and 20th Century Weapons installed.
If the first two games are on sale, I'll get those two. I like top down games like that. I went through Nexux and bookmarked some good mods I saw. Top rated only for me. I don't want to be diagnosing too much.
I wonder if I'm the only one who managed to figure out Fallout's mechanics on my own after a while.
New vegas gonna be developed by a company that is made of people who made games like NWN series, Baldurs Gate Series, Fallout 1, fallout 2, diablo 1 and diablo II. This is gonna be nice.
I want to buy fallout 3 but don't think it will run, at least not well enough to be enjoyable Specs: AMD Turion 64 dual core 2.0GHz 3GB RAM Nvidia 8400M G
I'm running on an AMD 64 3500+ and Radeon X800, with really decent FPS. You should be able to run it fine. I've noticed that its a bit more CPU intensive rather than graphics intensive. [editline]10:30AM[/editline]
I wonder if I'm the only one who managed to figure out Fallout's mechanics on my own after a while.
Still working on it right now.

They offer a better service than Steam in my opinion and deserve to be supported. http://www.gog.com/en/search/sort/search/fallout
You know, I just realized how awesome a straight razor would be in New Vegas. Portable haircut changing machine, and just walk up behind people and slit their throats with it. Fucking awesome.
Is FONV going to have the same system requirements as FO3? I can run FO3 decently on medium/low settings, and I don't want to buy a game I can't run.
Just got back from Quakecon. New Vegas was pretty good when I tried it. The iron sights worked well and there were boxing gloves! I tried out Hardcore mode which was okay (didn't test out combat with it). It should have a stamina meter because you quickly lose the ability to run and I noticed there was nothing on the HUD that shows stamina or something similar.
How did the shooting feel compared to fallout 3?
How did the shooting feel compared to fallout 3?
Similar, I really couldn't tell a major difference except for iron sights. However it felt like body parts didn't fall off as easily. Punching people in the face didn't make their head fly off, shooting people in the legs with an SMG didn't make their legs sever, but a shotgun blast to the head does result in brain soup. Pretty sure they've messed around with the gore to make it more realistic. Also mildly off topic, I tried 3D with New Vegas and it wasn't that bad. Bringing up the PipBoy was awesome in 3D.
What does the 9mm SMG look like in this? Same as FO3? What about the .22 SMG?
The .22 SMG is an American 180 machine gun.
Hey. Can someone suggest me fallout 3 mods that actually fit the scheme of the game? As in not shitty anime-girl-model packs, motorcycles, super hi-tech airships or unfair weapons. This is a good example of what i want, fits the scheme, looks nice, and doesnt make the game unfair. http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13690

Are there any good mods that have new areas and quests? I can't really find any and I feel like I've been everywhere and done everything in the stock game.
There is a mothership Zeta mod that adds some missions and NPC's. I've yet to try it.
http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6938 This looks pretty cool.
Sweet! Thanks. Getting that for sure. Fellout looks like a must get, i always hated the yellow sceheme in fallout 3.
