Just finished the 3rd out of the 10 placement matched for ranked, all wins so far This is going pretty well

Is Vlad worth getting? Got enough and have been really wanting to try him, but don't know if I should just wait and hope for him to be on free rotation, or go for it and deal widdit if he's not my thing.
