I'm only level 25 so, I dunno.
Last game we were up against four level 30's and a level 27. Annie on their team got fed to shit and was two shotting everyone on my team. At one point Garen and Kayle were chasing her through the jungle and she waited in the brush and popped her ultimate, killing Kayle instantly and knocking Garen down to 1/4 health before finishing him off.
Can't complain, though. Despite not winning one game today I've had shitloads of fun and that's all that matters to me.

i usually build malz beefy, roa + archangels staff + rylais + deathat, other item is situational
i just spent an hour and 45 minutes writing an essay on romeo and juliet, and i still don't know what to buy with my RP

His W is %HP damage so you can just build tank and still do most damage on your team.
His ratios are terrible so try not to build much AP.

Build a Deathfire early. Helps mana regen and gives you a mean combo into your ultie. Deathfire, DoT, Null Zone, ultie. Fucking insane damage. Don't listen to the scrub above, you want AP. Rod of Ages is nice but you'll want the Deathfire first imo. Rylai's makes most of your moves an AoE slow as well.
