How do I counter Jarvan? He's too tanky to be focused over let's say Vayne or Leblanc, but his base damage is also too high to be ignored. I'm not really having problems with his ult, it's just that he always seems to be able to kill me faster than I can kill him. Even when I have 15+ Mejai stacks as Anivia, my burst usually just does 1/4 of his health and then I have to stay back for my cooldowns to refresh.

Morde does more damage than all the champs you listed. He can 2v4 with just his ghost.
