3-4 year old computer.
I upgraded the GPU for my own money, new CPU fan so that I could OC my CPU for my own money.
I got the computer 3-4 years ago because I didn't have one and I had Confirmation so I got some money, but far from what everyone else got.
LoL is optimized pretty well, and runs smoothly on my laptop and my friend's laptop which isn't super good etc.
And I play on highest too, except when I listen to music, then I disable shadows. (since my music is 720P/1080P videos running in the background, and with shadows it makes me get bad framerate)

I think I trust myself more than players completely new to Swain. His snare is quite hard to land, and new people to Swain will constantly run OOM.
You can't expect someone new to a champion to do well.
