Lets nerf Karthus, Vlad, Renekton, Teemo and all other champions that don't need a nerf and leave champions like Zilean and Jarvan.

1) Queen Ashe is the second best skin in the game. Who ever said ashe skins are bad you should feel bad for yourself.
2) Fobaz go fuck your self
3) Lee Sin won't get nerfed due to his high learning curve.
4) Swain is balanced. Seriously.
5) I had so much fun today, I actually was outside and met my old friends and made some new ones.

don't get tier 1 runes, waste of ip, imo, wait for whatever level it was to get tier 3 runes, expend current ip on champs / save for later
