Don't buy any tier 1 or tier 2 runes, save it for when you get level 20 and you're able to use tier 3 runes.

I looked at the runes when level 4-8. I looked through 1-3 tier. I said fuck it, 1-2 not worth it. I didn't have any MOBA experience before.
Thought it was common sense.
