Actually it does matter. If the first five kills on the purple team goes for their support and on the blue team on their carry the blue team will have an advantage. Usually in normal and low-elo games it is just dickheads whining about their score.

And it's not about the carry getting all the kills. It all depends on the situation and your team comp. Range carries get farmed up to end game so if they already have shitload of kills they can 'give' the kill to their AP carry.
Also, in the beginning it would be good that the jungle gets his kills, since that helps the team the most that early. Also, there is stuff like soft tanks, like spellvamp/ap mumu who starts as a omgwtf nuke and builds into a solid tank for end game, When I play mumu like that I seriously 'steal' all those first kills since if we go to mid game with me having 5/0 it will helpthe team more than having our ashe a free phantom dancer as her first item.

Our Singed fed 0/8/1 early game and Xin 1/7/0, both intentionally.
Once they saw we were winning, they stopped feeding intentionally.
Their Shaco DC'd around 5 minutes before the game ended where we already had the game secured...

A short explanation for my CS, I was typing the whole time by my tower to Xin and Singed. I also pretty much only roamed, since both Xin and Singed fed the living fuck outta top.

44 minute game, Shaco supposedly left at about 39 minutes but he only has DShield, Boots of Mob, and the items that build Madred's.
1/3/6, 39 minion kills.

This one time as Shaco, I farmed up mobility+wriggles, then as my second trip to base I bought, Bloodthirster, Wit's End and Guardian Angel at the same trip back, just because I was too busy jungling/ganking/fighting to not have time to recall for 20 minutes. It was a fun game.

I reported shaco too. He went AFK and un AFK constantly at their base. I've also got a few chatlogs, as I was about to report Xin and Singed too.

Warmog is a great item for Ali if you can afford it. Health works great with combined your ult.
Also, nothing wrong with 3 Blade+ IE for cait as first items.
