the only reason evelynn is a good jungler is because it creates uncertainty in all of the lanes
what she does as a jungler she can do as a roamer but not replace a hero that's good at jungling

Please don't simply punish, punish, punish without thoroughly examining each reported case. Think about the amount of trolling the Tribunal system is capable of:
For example:
1. Troll plays like garbage, getting a score like 1/10/2, but never doing an obvious suicide
2. Team score is something like 5 to 20, and your score is like 2/2/3
3. You attempt a surrender, but the troll (and his feeding buddy) vote no.
4. At this point, you are like "/all wtf? I don't know why these feeders want to drag this out. Please end this torture soon."
5. Then the two feeders start complaining in chat about you, saying they are gonna report you, asking enemy to report you, claiming you aren't helping them, claiming you are afk, and then when you deny it they say you are "basically afk cause you don't help them," claiming your kills are only ks or coming to fight only after they die, etc etc. (as they proceed to feed more deaths)
Point being, idiots like these can report me and make all these false accusations in chat, and if it ever went to Tribunal, no one would know the accusations were false, or that the trolls were 0/10 and 2/14 respectively. No one would know the game was 5/20. No one would know if I really afkd, etc, and my only defense would be whatever I type into chat. Of course when I type in chat, now I'm arguing with these idiots all game long, so that makes me look like a jerk.
What to do then? Get reported because people are too lazy to examine the case thoroughly and have my account banned for X amount of days? Hopefully whoever ends up being judged by the Tribunal don't end up being reviewed by people like you.

I mostly read through the report reasons, then read the chatlog. Pick another game the person has been reported in by random, and check what he has done.
Most of the time it's "gg i'm gonna feed/go afk/do nothing"
or massive swearing/flaming
so yeah punish.
Well I hell to hope so. I've been reported countless times because of such similar scenarios like that. And with my tendency to protect my pride, I usually end up in a little keyboard warrior-fest.

And this feed never ganks, she got executed 2 times jungle, she sucks, she feeds, she made our Annie rage quit. 4v5, 3v5 if you count in Eve sucking cock.

And when the reported has 5 games in a row where they got 0/10/0 or under 10 damage dealt/recieved in a 30 min game, it's easy to see he should be punished.
