After a 12 loss streak and trying everything (Hard carry, support, jungler) I said fuck it and picked Mordekaiser.

You initiated onto Master Yi, who should be able to pop and explode instantly.
Okay, so I nearly killed Renek, and took him outta the teamfight most of the time, and he can be classified as a threat due to the fact that his AOE DPS can be quite significant when left unattended.
Even if that was a mistake, that was only one teamfight where I made a possibly big error.
However, you're going to blame me for every single teamfight?
-Our Baron teamfight was definite loss, I can't help it.
-Our teamfight where I ulted Renek was a loss the second that Eve walked into the middle of their team and got instagibbed, there was no way to win a 4v5 at all. Even though my ulting Renek may have been a mistake, there was really no way we could win either, since our main DPS, Xin, only had a Frozen Mallet and Brutalizer, which is decent/respectable dps, but still not that much. Blitz Glass Cannon, Eve Glass Cannon...
-Our teamfight/skirmish bot was a win
-After my trying to kill Kassadin, we ran in one at a time, all died
-Blitz kept running into the five of them and ulting, nearly dieing
