When I played if you had picked up weapons they slowed you down slightly and when I accidentally picked up like 3 pistols and a grande while walking I moved very slowly despite being a high health.

I had just spawned and hadn't fought yet and all I knew was that I accidentally picked up some shit.

And when I dropped the shit I had picked up I started moving faster so i assumed it was because of the shit I picked up.
